At Panda Naturals, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade bath and body products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are personal-care items, we follow specific guidelines to ensure safety, freshness, and fairness for all customers.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of skincare, bath, and body products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped, delivered, or picked up.
This policy protects the integrity and hygiene of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the damaged/incorrect product

    • A brief description of the issue

Approved cases will receive a replacement item or store credit, depending on availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not begun.
Once processing begins, we cannot cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Panda Naturals is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Carrier delays are outside our control

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Allergic Reactions

All ingredients are listed on product descriptions and labels.
We are not responsible for allergic or adverse reactions.
We encourage customers to patch-test new products.

Exchanges

Because our products are made in small batches, we do not offer exchanges.
